INDICATIONS
Micardis® (telmisartan) tablets are a prescription medicine used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). Additionally, MICARDIS 80 mg tablets are used in certain high-risk people aged 55 years and older to help lower their risk of having certain cardiovascular problems such as stroke, heart attack, or death.
