We ship our products world wide and all packages are shipped very discreet. Our organization name or anything else that would imply pharmaceutical contents of the package is never used in our shipments. The size of our packages are never larger than what would cause unnecessary suspicion. If the order is too large to fit one of these packages, the order will automatically be divided into two or more packages (no extra costs for you). Shipments are made from various shipping points in different European countries. Shipping time will depend on various factors such as method of our shipping, postal service efficiency, customs clearance, international transit, etc., which is why we can only give you an approximation based on our statistics and former experience.
We provide two shipping options:

Registered Airmail - 25$ - full resend guaranteed
(with tracking number, signature is required)
Regular Airmail - 15$ - (no signature, no tracking number)
Express mail inside EU-25$-Without Tracking

Order confirmations is sent to your email address automatically and immediately after you submit your order. Instructions for how to make payment is sent up to 24 hours later in another email. Once payment is received, we process and dispatch your order within 4 business days.

Seizure policy

Please wait at least 4 weeks before contacting us about non-arrival of an order. Reships of seized orders will be done provided you have a copy of the letter to show us. If you receive a seizure letter, please contact us immediately with a scanned copy of the seizure letter, and also a new address to have your order reshipped to, and we will take care of this free of charge.

Where do I send my payment?

Information on where to send your payment is provided after you place an order, and its sent directly to your e-mail address. Please, follow the payment instructions carefully to avoid unnecessary delay. In case you haven't received it when placing an order, please contact us and we will send you the information by email!

How long does it take for you to receive my Money transfer?

Payments are normally processed within 1-3 business days after we receive transaction data from you. If payment is rejected then we send you email and whole process starts all over again so be careful in order to avoid delays! If transaction is successful we ship in 24 hours after confirmation was received!

How long is the whole process of ordering and shipping?
